2. What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us or what we need to do your job:

  • Your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address and the place where your job is needed.
  • Details of what you need, such as size, quantity, date and the files, logos or photos you send for printing.
  • Billing details needed for a bill or invoice, for example a business name and GST number if you ask for a GST bill.

The enquiry form on our Contact page does not send your details to our server. When you press the button, it opens WhatsApp with your message already written, and nothing is sent until you send it from WhatsApp.

3. Technical information and cookies

Our web host may keep standard server records, such as IP address, browser type and the pages opened, to keep the website secure and working. This website loads the Inter font from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to get it.

At the time of writing, this website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we start using tools such as Google Analytics or Google Ads, they may use cookies or similar technology, and we will update this page when that happens.

4. How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and share designs for approval.
  • To print, make, deliver or install your order and to handle payment and billing.
  • To keep records needed for accounts, tax and legal reasons.
  • To contact you about your order. We do not send promotional messages unless you have asked for them.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to do your job or where the law requires, for example with courier or transport partners, installation staff, suppliers who work on your order, our accountant, or authorities when legally required.

Messages on WhatsApp and calls are handled by those services under their own privacy terms.

6. Your artwork and files

Files, logos and photos you send are used only for your job. We may keep them for a reasonable time so that we can reprint or repeat your order. You can ask us to delete them at any time, and we will do so unless we need to keep them for a legal reason.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed to serve you, handle any problem with your order and meet our accounting and legal duties. After that we delete or anonymise them.
