1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Print Urgent Brandings website or order any printing, signage, branding or related work from us. Print Urgent Brandings is a printing and shop branding business in Ranchi, Jharkhand, run by Rohit Kumar, with a branch in Darbhanga, Bihar.

By placing an order, accepting a quote or approving a design, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place the order.

2. Quotes and prices

A quote depends on the product, size, quantity, material, design work and the place where the job is to be used or installed. If any of these change, the price can change.

Unless the quote says otherwise, prices do not include GST or other taxes where they apply, delivery, transport or installation. We will tell you these costs before the job starts.

3. Orders and payment

A job is confirmed when you accept the quote and pay the advance, if one is asked for. The advance and the balance are as agreed on the quote or on WhatsApp.

Balance payment is due before delivery or installation, unless we have agreed something different with you in writing (WhatsApp messages count as writing).

4. Artwork, design and approval

You are responsible for the text, images, logos and other content you give us, and you confirm that you have the right to use them. We can help with design, and we will share a design or proof for your approval before printing.

Please check every spelling, phone number, address, size and colour in the proof. Once you approve it, we print exactly what was approved, and mistakes in the approved content are not our responsibility.

5. Colour, material and size

Colours on a phone or computer screen can look different from the final print. Small differences in colour, shade and cutting size can also happen between print batches and materials. We work to keep them as small as possible, but we cannot promise an exact match to a screen.

If an exact colour match matters (for example a brand colour), tell us before the job starts and ask for a sample where possible.

6. Delivery time and urgent jobs

Any delivery time we give is an estimate. It depends on how quickly we receive your approval, payment and files, and on material availability. Delays caused by things outside our control, such as power cuts, transport problems or weather, do not make us liable.

If your job is urgent, tell us when you ask for the quote. We will confirm whether we can do it in that time before you pay.

7. Installation and site work

Where installation is part of the job, you must give us safe access to the site and arrange any permission needed, such as from your landlord, building society or local authority. Permits and fees for hoardings and outdoor boards are your responsibility unless the quote says we will handle them.

Existing walls, frames, electrical supply and fixtures are used as they are. We are not responsible for hidden faults in them.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Most of our work is made to order for you, so it cannot be resold. Once design or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled and the amount for work already done or material already bought is not refundable.

If you cancel before we have started, we may return or adjust your advance after deducting the cost of any work, design time or material already used. Any refund is decided case by case and covers only work that has not been done.

9. Problems with your order

Please check your order when you receive it. If something is wrong, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 2 days of delivery, and send clear photos. We will check the problem.

If the fault is ours, we will reprint or repair the item, or agree a fair adjustment. We do not replace work for mistakes in approved content, or for damage after delivery, wrong use, or normal wear and weather.

10. Our liability

We take care with every job, but our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect or business losses, such as lost sales or lost opportunities.

Outdoor boards, flex and stickers are exposed to sun, rain, wind and dust. Their life depends on the material, the place and how they are looked after, so we cannot promise a fixed life.

11. Ownership and showing our work

Your artwork and brand material stay yours. Designs created by us remain ours until the job is paid in full, and after that you can use the final design for the purpose of the job.

We may show photos of finished work in our portfolio or on social media. If you do not want your job shown, tell us when you place the order. Brand logos shown on this website belong to their owners and are shown only to show the kind of customers we have worked for.

12. Using this website

The information on this website is general. Products, availability and process can change, and the website is not a binding offer. Only a written quote from us is an offer.

Please do not copy our text, images or design for other websites or products without asking us first.

13. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand. We would always like to solve a problem by talking to you first.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The terms that applied when you placed your order will apply to that order.
